Notes:
Arthritis cannot be treated with just one herbal extract or vitamin.
This is a condition that takes a holistic approach in order to have lasting
effects. The following are a few suggestions that many benefit the arthritis
sufferer: a proper diet is essential, and should focus toward a vegetarian diet,
using white meat, lots of fresh green vegetables, beans, lentils. Red meats
should be avoided. After an extended period of time fruit can be added one at
a time, as many fruits can cause pain and swelling in the joints. Avoid refined
foods and foods with chemical additives and preservatives. Exercise will help
give the body energy and strength.
ELIMINEX and CALCIEX will work with the ARTHRITEX to help clean the blood and help the body absorb proper calcium where it is needed. REGENEREX Ointment can be rubbed on affected areas and will help with pain and healing.
